NICE! I'm really excited to be a part of the calender. The best Part is my brother being April truck of the month as well!
Anyway My truck is a CA factory truck, 1 ton, original small block 400 and TH400, with NP 203 t-case, (converted to part-time) 6 inch springs all the way around, sittin on 36" super swamper TSL radials, on cheapo steely chrome wheels. recent exhaust done, 2.5 inch from manifolds back, with dual 2 chamber flowmasters. Holley 600, air pump and other CA smog goodies removed. what wasn't removed was the AC stuff. ..cause yes, it blows ice cold! I love this truck more than anything, and future plans include fresh paint (keeping the two tone and colors!) and custom front / rear bumpers maybe incorporating a winch in the front. I really appreciate the rarity of this year in a 1 ton, reg cab, SRW. Dana 60 is awesome, even though its true that i don't ever push the truck harder than what a dana 44 could handle. I guess i just like knowing its under there. ;D I do use the truck as a TRUCK. any given weekend you might see it engaged in 4 low up camping / wheelin' with the family, or sometimes towing a box trailer loaded with a cord of firewood, or on a really fun weekend, towing my wakeboard boat to the lake.
