Title: Leaf spring bushing outer sleeves

I bought some Energy suspension poly leaf spring bushings they will not fit in the stock bushing sleeves.
Do I need to remove the sleeves?

lube them up and squeeze them in they should fit. when I got the kit they came with new sleeves
