I have a 85 GMC. I have changed it froma fleetside to a step side, I have installed a 6" lift and a set of 35" tires. This truck has become my babay and will never see a dirt road. This will be my crisue to the coffe shop truck. I cant seem to decide on a color. I was thinking black and know I am kinda turning towards carny yellow. Any body have any input on this. I am looking for something that will stand right out and shine real nice. I also like red but every truck uo here where I am seems to be red so thats out. I am also not going to be installing any chorme other than the bumpers and I am running Black rims. Any body have pics of there color that are a solid color I would love to see them, i am not a two tone fan.

If you're running black chrome I always liked yellow...

yeah i am still thinking yellow is the way to go, I was just wondering about the yellow with the black rims. Rims have a chrome center cab and chrome nuts.

Get yellow ones :D

black rims always look nice on a red truck imo

i agree on the red but all the old chevy's around here are Red or black. Really just want to stand out with a real nice color. nothing to flashy just some different. Now i am starting to lean towrads the new green I seen on the new cameros.

I've owned both yellow and green cars before. I can tell you that it took a lot longer for the green cars to get old to me. The yellow was easy to part with after looking at it for too long.

how about white? pearl, egg shell or off white with some thin pin stripes that match your interior.
