I was just kind of curious what your guys parts store of choice is and why. I'll start. I prefer to use O'Reilly but I will try our NAPA on certain items if O'Reilly is out of stock and I need it same day.
-
Napa is my first choice because the guys usually know, well, something and the parts are awesome. Rockauto.com comes in second for good pricing and OEM parts.
-
Summit racing for me.
-
I use Lordco, but up here we don't have much selection.
-
Autozone for belts/hoses/brakelines. Anything else, NAPA, ...the good stuff... Sorry I just had too...
-
EBAY...nuff said.
-
Checker Oreilly's for EVERYTHING I can get. I absolutely hate heck Zone. And Napa is overpriced, but I go there if Checker doesn't have what I need. Like, 2 nights ago, had to go to napa to get the mixture screw tool.
-
Napa for everything we have an account so i get a little break on parts
-
i use my store and also Lordco because they are our supplier here in Alberta.
-
I use Autozone and Carquest. I have commercial accounts but they take real good care of me so I rarely go to anyone else anymore.
-
i agree w/ Zieg, I go to the 'zone for stuff that can't be messed up, belts, oil, filters, etc...Then for the technical info and parts, I go to NAPA, the staff know their stuff. I go to Advance auto too sometimes.
-
Napa it is the only show in my small town. plus friendly and they give me a break on parts.
-
I usually go to O'Reilly's first (it used to be Hi-Lo Auto Parts years ago) and they always carried a lot of truck parts and stuff. Then to Auto -Zone and Advance. It depends on what I need too. Advance has more selection of paint and body stuff then the other two.
-
NAPA, Autozone, O'Rielys, Adavanced Auto. Generally in that order.
-
I use advance auto as first choice, then Oreillys then The local Mom n Pop Store for hard to find Items. The advance around here has the best people and customer service in winder.
-
advance or oreilly's. i used to work for advance, but used oreillys till then
-
I use NAPA mostly, we have a commercial acct. there and internet PRO-Link access so we can look up our own parts, prices and if it's sitting on the shelf waiting for me. We get a break on price so it's reasonable for us. Keep in mind the only thing NAPA makes is boxes with their name on them. It is ALL stuff they buy from name brand manufacturers by the trainload and stuff in their boxes. So your actually getting pretty much the best name brand part at the best price for it's quality. (I'm not a NAPA salesmen, sorry for the sales pitch)
I also use Advance Auto, O'Riellys. I use Autozone when I do not have a choice.
-
Bounce back n forth between advance and autozone. No o reily`s near my area but there are a couple of napa`s if i really need to get a part locally and fast.I do use summit as i get the next day delivery which to me is fantastic. But thats really it..
thanks

usually oriely's, cheeper there than napa, but some time they will give my dad the wrong part. one time it took them 5 times to get the right fuel tank for his 88 s10 blazzing blazer ;D ;D ;D
-
I use Craigslist, The junkyard, Orielly then Napa if I can't find any thing at the other places.
