Does anyone know how long the dipstick is on the pan side? Does anyone have a block pulled where they could measure it? Reason I am asking is that I have a Lockar dipstick that I would like to use, but it is more of a cable style, rather than the standard dipstick. The instructions state to insure there is the factory tube on the crankcase side so the dipstick doesn't get pulled into the rotating assembly.----> http://static.summitracing.com/global/images/instructions/lok-ed-5002flexibleenginedipstic.pdf
Anyone heard of the lower dipstick tube?
