hey guys my drivers door wont shut on my 86 K20 the floor is rusted out pretty bad but idk if that would be the reason or not
-
Door latch working? Observe the other side and see if it is releasing all the way. Does the cab sag, door aligned OK. Pictures would help to diagnose the problem...

i have a pic of the floor but thats it for now. the door does sag a little bit but i was messin with it tonight an if i make sure the latch on the inside of the door is down and pull out the thumb button on the outside of the door it will shut if i lift and swing the door

also my inner fender (the piece between the tire and engine) fell out the other day an i think i should probly put it back on because there are a few things attached to it would welding be the best way to reattatch it or is it even nessesary
-
my guess is it is rusted , that is why it fell off? if that is the case get a new one or good used one. would be a good time to replace the fender also if it is badly rusted.

lol my front fenders are about the only good part of the truck haha

Not really if the inner fender fell off...It's bolted to a lip around the wheel opening on the fender
