sorry for not bein detailed, thats the problem the bolts are rusted up and they won't turn at all and i cant get a good angle on em to try and put some power into em

Soak them in PB Blaster

Get a short socket and a long breaker bar and tighten them til they snap. It will be easier in the long run.

You could also just unbolt the bumper brackets from the frame instead of unbolting the bumper from the bumper brackets ;) and then when you have the bumper off take the bolts out or cut them off...

That way even if the bolts on the frame are rusted, you have space for leverage.

Use an impact gun and take the bolts of at the frame. It's too easy to destroy the bumper with the impact but it should be pretty quick taking them off at the frame even if it's rusted. If that doesn't work, you can heat them first with a small propane torch if you have one or go all in and burn them out with an oxy/acytelene setup. But I'd be surprised if the impact didn't work.

It was easier removing all the bolts with the bumper off the truck.

My personal fav, the red wrench. (Blow torch) I carefully take all kinds of stuff apart with it!
