bought this "bench tested", "runner" on ebay

I think he meant bench tested in 1985 by Rochester, about 20 years before it ended up in the bottom of a pond.

Id file a complaint if you paid for it. Otherwise, clean and rebuild it, and throw it on!

contact the seller 1st. ask him to make it right.
if not then file complaint .
