Title: drivetrain prep

im in the process of doing a mild restoration on my 79 shortbed.4.11 3/4 ton axles, 355,4speed, and a 205 t case.  question is how should i go about prepping and painting the engine trans and t case?  this is my first time messing with paintin stuff like that.  any help would be greatly appreciated

Clean it and degrease it good. Use brushes and a pressure washer.
