Title: Which heads

hey guys i have a set of 458642 heads wonderin if i should refresh them. also which heads would be better for low end torque vortecs or tbi or what. i am about to start my frst build the cam i prob will choose is comp 270h 270 duration .470 lift or voodoo 262 duration 468 lift the bottom end havent chose either 388 or 355 but i think ima go all forged low compression so i can add a177 blower in the future. the 642 heads will go on my daily driver the other will go on the motor im bout to build

never heard of 458642, did you mean 468642.
Post is kinda confusing as you are listing 2 motors here, Which one is this going on?  The 468642's have tiny valves, great for low RPM use....

well i cant do ne thing here blew head gasket so 1st things first but found a rebuilt set of heads for 100 but gotta tear the rest down see where im at
