I am putting the front cradle back on after getting back from powdercoat. What are the torque specs of the bolts that fasten it to the frame? All of my pics are too large at the moment. I will figure a way to do a resize or an album fr all to see.
Many thanks to all,
Fidd

"TIGHT" I have never torqued them...
-
Make sure the bolts are grade 8 too.
-
Never done it, but I were in the same situation, I would just use these accepted max torque values as a guideline.

I have them in a word or PDF document but I can't post it here.... Chris, Can you allow attachments such as .doc or .pdf?
-
Thanks everyone. I was able to find what I needed. Cradle to side rail is 65 ft/lbs and to bottom rail is 90 ft/lbs. Just in case anyone else wanted to know.
-
You are correct. -Chris I can email you this if you want to make a tech page on it. It shows the whole front crossmember, hardware and torque specs.

Oh, I forgot to check Chuck's page:
