Post by: audrima on February 26, 2011, 05:42:14 pm
hiya :D just 2 little questions.
1. I have a grant(I belive) steering wheel that I had for a broncoII/ranger. that I like to put on my gmc to replace the icky sticky one. where can I get an adapter set for it?

2. my heat is not working. I think the blower is filled with micey stuff. but before that. the heat never turned off my dad unplugged it before it sat is this normal?

hm o ya cheap replacement for  the am radio? I know I have to wire speakers I have some. but no radio that will work. I just need fm/cassette so I can play my iphone though it. ^_^

Thanks everyone :D

Your local parts store should have the adaptor for the steering wheel pretty cheap.  Yes the blower motor blows all the time, check here      http://forum.73-87chevytrucks.com/smforum/index.php?topic=19365.0   for an upgrade for your blower motor that is well worth the money.

no ^_^ Still have the factory am radio sitting in her :) any advice on now to put a newer radio in her?  I'm thinking of moving my havc down there and installing a 7in screen above it but have not decided yet. ^_^

Since you used the term hvac. I take it you do have some skills to do a radio. But use directions most time if you look at the wires coming off the radio “aftermarket” its printed on them what they go to. I think others have had the ideal about moving the controls. Don’t think they went threw with it tho
