Title: got bored
Post by: screamin86 on March 04, 2011, 01:01:13 am
so i got off work early (midnight lol) and was not tired and decided to play around in the truck a little and make some videos of it. i still want to get some good day time driveby videos of cruise wot and take off to show the exhaust but for now here is a little driving inside cab and idle rev from behind the truck. at the begining i was sitting in a bay at a carwash with the driverside window down and i rolled it up before i took off. also dont mind the annoying  power steering belt squeak. im still debating on if i want to change the gears it has 3.42s which i like for cruising but it could use a little more imo. at the end i did a little footbrake on the converter and slightly launched then let off. sorry for the wind when i was walking around the back of the truck i didnt realize it was that windy lol it was about 36deg out tonight according to what our local bank said and my yukon said about 20mins before i made this video.

It has longtubes of unknown brand but they havd 3in collectors 2 1/2 y pipe no cat to single 3in in cherry bomb vortex muffler and dual 2 1/2 out and the pipes are ran and dumped just over the axle. Its pretty quiet at idle compaired to like a flowmaster this muffler reminds me a lot of a magnaflow the way the muffler is designed and sounds but it really talks when rolling down the road. I got the muffler for free off of my cousins old truck then had a shop build all new pipes from the headers back I have anout $200 in the exhaust. I like it its diffrent and sounds good. I may add some cutouts just behind the headers later though just for some added fun :)
