Thought you guys might like to see this. Inspected it today, had been 52 miles since last inspection!

Grafton Vol. Fire Depts. 1972 C/50, has 6,675 original miles on it.

Raaaaaaaad our shop is in an old fire station, the local guys like to stop and see what we're working on and we go check out their trucks. Fair trade.

Is this a smaller fire department ?  Glad to see they are still using it.

It goes to fires if needed, not a front line truck, but still a working one. Its a mid ship pump which is not common on such an old truck, state of the art in its day. They have a mid 80's F800, an E450 ambulance, a 2000 Frieghtliner 10 wheeler tanker, a 2006 Frieghtliner pumper, and a 2010 F550 4 door rescue. Thinking they have one other older tanker too, but can't recall off hand.
