Title: Help id this trans and case...

These came with a truck I bought and have sold. Trying to figure out what year they are. I know transmission is a TH400 and transfer case is a NP203.

Tag on TH400 - 78 CA 27199
Stamps on NP 203 - 344268 & 344821 & F 2 8 which is build date i think, June 2 78 maybe

What are you wanting to ID, you just said it was a TH400 and a NP203?

Would like to know the year of each part.  I'm just anal that way.  :o

That set up as far as I know came off 73-77 so I guess a 78 could be in there
