Post by: hotrod24 on April 01, 2011, 03:59:24 pm
Anyone know what kind of bolt this is and how to get it out? I am pretty sure it has some kind of tack welds on it but i can not see them...

I dont remember, but it shouldnt have any tack welds. Just soak it in some PB blaster and take some pliers to it. or this...http://www.osh.com/eng/product/irwin_bolt_grip_5_pc_upgrade_set/6659528

its a socket with teeth inside to grip the stud and spin it counter clockwise. its a great tool to have, and inexpensive.
