ive got an 86 k10 and right now ive got a set of cooper 31x10.5x15 but one has a leak, and its not gonna be long before im gonna need a new set, and they look a little small on it. so i was wondering whats the biggest size i can run on the stock rim without any problems? id like get a suspension lift on it sometime, but because of a skinny wallet, i might just get a body lift. maybe a 2 or 3 inch. if i do that, how big of a tire can i run on it, if i get wider rims? any help would be great, thanks.

33-12.5's should fit nicely with a small lift, they may fit even without any lift depending on what wheels you use.

My 74 when I bought it had 33x12.5x15 on it with stock suspension. Now they would rub stock if you flexed, but with a body lift they shouldn't.

Best to stay 2" or less with a body lift. And buy a good quality one. They are too cheap to skimp on cost.
