Title: CLeaning up the rearend
Post by: TxFiddler on April 24, 2011, 09:51:13 pm
Well I got the Eaton LSD installed by one of the techs where I work.  All he does is Chevy rearends.  Anyhow, before I put it back under, its time to do some cleanup and painting.

What are you using for paint ?  I am going to post a thread tomorrow when I get to work about my front and rear axle I just did using por-15 products.

Thanks Bake.  I thought of using the POR15 as well.  Are you satisfied with it?  How did you apply it?

Just make sure it's really clean and the POR15 will last.

I am posting tomorrow, under this topic labeled " front and rear axle results with por-15" I will have before and after photo's and what I found to work and not work.  Look for it there.
