Title: Q-Jet ID

I'm having a little bit of trouble identifying the Q-Jet on my 74. I have discovered its off a 76 or later engine, can someone help a brotha out?

The numbers on the carb body are: 17053212B0A and 2417.

This thing has been needing to be rebuilt for a while now, and I've finally found the motivation to do it.

1705- 1976-979 production.
3- year produced
2 - Quadrajet (4 bbl) Federal standards
1- Chevy
2- Auto trans carb (any even number here)
B0A- Customer Code

2417- Date code-  241'st day, 7- Year

Obviously my carb is for a later truck with an auto instead of  a stick shift. I don't have any problems with running it on my SM465, I just have a lot of vac caps plugged off
