I like on some of them the look of a factory or aftermarket roll bar with lights on it. My truck doesn't have a roll bar, I like to get one when I get another bed box. I prefer a factory black one. Even though I love chrome man, I think a reg roll bar look slick man.. Anyone got pictures of a roll bar factory or not?

Here is a black one in a parts truck I bought. Not the best pic, if you are interested pm me, I am not going to be using this roll bar. I can get you better pics so you can see how it mounts if you want, just have to go over to my storage yard.

Here's the stocker that came on my old 77. It was part of the Chevy Sport Package.

those arent roll bars, they are light bars. they will do nothing in the event of a roll over
-
So the roll bars are the ones that go to end of the truck bed and mount ?

i always think if a roll bar as a interior item specifically designed to protect the driver and something that would be approved by a racetrack. every light bar i sold specifically said in the instructions was not designed to be used as roll over protection. Now, would those light bars help in a roll over? Maybe, but I wouldnt use one if I were in a situation where roll overs were likely, like rock crawling or incline wheeling.

I understand it might not do much for a roll over I just dig the look thanks for the pictures..
