That is nice looking, but defeats the purpose of dual snorkels. Usually you would have ducting routed to the core support to draw in cooler air, where that draws hot air from the headers and mainly the radiator.

Ive been thinking of doing some duct work, but I dont see me spending the money on it right now. It isnt cheap, and I dont have time to modify something right now. If there isnt a cheaper kit available, I would make something. They did it on one of the Powerblock shows.

Do you have any pics of how the snorkels mount to the coresupport?  I can't see from those pics but it looks like they go beside the radiator.

Tom, Yes, I made it...I've done several of them for different vehicles. The filter housing is a late 60's-early 70's Oldsmobile part...no reason you can't/wouldn't just use the original Chevy truck unit & add another snorkle. I just wanted the "correct" Oldsmobile look & be able to use the original lid decal. The one snorkle & hose is from the original V6 that was in the truck, the other one I picked up at the junkyard from some car/truck something & welded them on. The one hose is turned upside down to make the factory curve closer. Most rad. supports have both of the holes stamped in them (some were smaller) but need the tin removed to install the other plastic fitting into the support. I used 4" rubber Fernco fittings to hook up the hoses to the plastic rad support fitting because the angle coming off of the rad. support wasn't what I wanted/needed to work. I took the vacuum pull-off from an early '80's FWD car, Skylark or Celebrity or something to have both of the vacuum hoses pointing to the back...not really needed, but again, I wanted it to look "correct".
I don't have any good pictures, however, if you look at your truck...you'll see the areas where the plastic inserts go. Here's the only other pic's. that show anything at all.
