Title: coolant reservoir
Post by: Low87 on May 25, 2011, 02:56:45 pm
Why are these no longer available?  I remember replacing mine every so often when I'd break the nipple.  I need another one and can't find a replacement anywhere.  I sure don't want to put a generic one in.  Any good ideas for a fix that doesn't look like an eyesore?

NM, searching with the word "overflow" brings results...

Check the junkyard for newer cars and truck and see if you can find one you like and looks like it would fit in the spot.  Some of them look way better than the stocker.

Summit and Jegs have some cool looking colored or polished aluminum reservoirs.

Right now I'm sporting the antifreeze jug/duct tape look.  Pretty sweet look if you ask me.
