Title: Leaking TH 400

My 79 C20 has the bolt on yoke th400.  Currently it is leaking around the yoke and dripping from the bolt.  I replaced my rear seal twice just to finally find out where it is leaking from.  Is there a gasket that is suppose to go between the bolt and the yoke or should I be looking for something else.
