I need to purchase some 2" drop rear drop shackles for my short box 1977 C10. I know some offer OEM rubber bushings and other poly, some have grease zerks, some are coated with nicer paint or plating, and others are adjustable. What's the best bang for the buck anyone has found? Also what related parts should be replaced at this time? I'm sure the truck has been around the world mileage wise. Since the bed is coming off to notch the floor support channels are there rubber bed mounting bushings that could be replaced, spring eye bushings, etc.?

Welcome to the site! I have Ground Force shackles on mine, not sure they are "the best", but fit fine. They are made of heavy metal, have 2 holes for adjustment, are powder coated Black & have poly bushings...for the money I feel they are very good.
As far as other items, that depends on the condition of the truck. The rear bolts & nuts (both the ones through the frame bracket & shackle will likely give you trouble removing them) & rear spring bushings would be some things you will likely need/have to replace.
There is no rubber between the bed & frame...only the cab has rubber on these trucks. Good Luck! Lorne
