K30 Rear Brake Questions?
Started putting the brakes together yesterday on my 1978 Chevy 4x4 and had an idea as to how to re-assemble all the components but wanted to double check with 2 questions.

Question 1: There's a long brake hold down spring and a short brake hold down spring, the short one is the green spring, the long spring is the yellow, do I have them in the right place? That is the short spring holds down the front brake shoe?
Question 2: The brake shoe with the least amount of brake pad material is the front or leading brake shoe correct?

think you are right on both. i don’t think the shoes will fit if you reverse them. this is why i always leave one side complete so i can refer back to it
