What is the modern equivalent tire to an 11-15LT tire?

And are there any tire size conversion sites that list ALL the, (Old AND New), tire sizes out there?

Like from an old 7.00/14 to a hi-po E/60-14 to an 11-15LT to a modern 195/70-14 tire site

if this came off a 80s blazer the tire is close to a 31

The old tires only had, (I think??), "Scamper"  and "11-15LT" in big white letters is all on them? On 8" wide, white steel, "wagonwheel", (CRAGAR Nomad-I, 310 series) P/U rims

Great big lug mud tires..

Would they be a 285/60-15LT??? (Or a 285/50-15LT???)....
