so the wiring harness 3 switch kit will work with oe motors and regs? 87 v10 4x4 350 4spd

Yes, this kit works with the factory setup.

thanks just put in my order. does it have the plug ends that plug into the motors?

yes, it will have everything you need, for wiring.
