Title: what size tire will fit with 4" of lift?
Post by: ammmotroop on January 18, 2004, 11:52:00 am
what is the largest tire that anyone has run with a 4" lift on their 73-87. I am running a 33x12.50 but want to move up to a 35x12.50 or 36x12.50.:rolleyes

you can stuff 35s under there but you'll have to trim the front of the fenders.. it will look really good though

i think i may want to add a 3" body lift on top of the 4" suspension lift and run either a 38x12.50r15 super swamper or a 37x12.50r15 goodyear mt/r. What do you think?

that would look really nice also. Another suggestion that looks good is the 4" suspension with a 3" body and 35" TSL SX's.

35" tires need a minimum of 4" of lift to fit.  With 2" you can get 33's on there.
