Nice choice!  I run a very similar setup using 16x10 wheels.  I want to bring up a couple of items you may not yet have considered.

First, obviously the wheels are deeper dish than stock, so the angle to get at the hubcap's rear lip to remove it is greater, thus you are limited as to how much leverage you can apply.  I wound up modifying some small store-bought pry bars in order to get the pry bar under the hubcap's lip and still be able to apply leverage.  I have to use two of these an inch or so apart in order to apply enough leverage pop the hubcap off.  I recommend figuring out how you're going to do this in case you have a flat somewhere and need to change the tire.  Whatever tool solution you come up with , carry it with you in the truck's tool kit.

Second, my wheels are also powder-coated.  I discovered the hard way that powder coating builds up the thickness of the surface, and in my case, actually reduced the size of the center bore of my wheels.  I mounted the wheels and torqued them down after I got them.  A few days later, I need to pull a wheel to do some work on the suspension, and it was thoroughly stuck on the center hub.  I had to rig a pry bar using a long 2x4 against the leaf springs to break the wheel free from the center hub.  I was surprised at how much time and effort it took to break the wheel free.  I couldn't imagine the frustration of having to change a tire out on the road somewhere and discovering that the wheel was stuck solidly on the center hub, then having to come up with some way to pry the wheel off.  My solution was to take a rotary grinder to the center bore and remove the powder coating from the inside edge of the bore.  I also took a little anti-seize and coated that inner edge.  Each of the other wheels were also stuck on their hubs, so I did this to all of them.  Haven't have a problem since.
