I don't know if anyone makes that style rim anymore.  Do you have a manufacturer for them?

They look like Cragers. Search using these keywords...

the wheels are made by american racing, AR 781 I think. I have a set that i use for running my plow tires in the winter on my 94 k1500.  they are discontinued.
