Post by: Firebreather on October 31, 2011, 05:08:19 am
I have a new transmission with the proper gear installed and have installed a new cable and speedometer jumps all over the place.

remove the speedometer cable, then remove the cable from the sleeve, lube it and reinstall it.

Thanks, I just purchased a new cable and installed it. Do you even have to lube a new cable? Thanks for your help and patience. :)
