Title: Good Shop/Back Yard Mechanic Around SD?

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for a good inexpensive shop or someone who might like a little side work to help me do a motor and trans swap in my 86 c20 somewhere near San Diego....also looking for a deal motor and trans.  ;)

I don't have the room to do it where I live. 

Any suggestions?

     I assume you mean San Diego, California.   Also welcome to the site.  There are a couple of members that live closer to you, I live in Sac.,  You should post in the region area too and see if someone will respond.
      I don't know much about San Diego so can not help you with a shop, sorry.  Wait for others to respond, you might just be in luck.

     Give it some time, I know beastie on here is down that way, though I do not believe that far south, there is a couple of members.  They are not on here all the time though, might take a couple of days.

Almost had your lift ticket there, if SD meant South Dakota instead of San Diego. Nice pickup, good luck
