Title: galley plug question
Post by: jdl71 on November 19, 2011, 01:49:58 pm
Should all three holes in this pic have a plug? They are all threaded, and since I didn't remove them I don't know where they all were.

The one above the oil filter should, the other two looks like they had brackets with bolts going to them.  Have you looked to see if they are all the way through the block ?  I believe the one is a plug and the other two have bolts.  Someone will confirm or correct me if wrong.

Thanks. Think I figured it out, pretty much just what you said. The other 2 are blind holes, the one above the oil filter I plugged. Seems like when you buy a plug "kit" it would have the right amount of everything you need but that is not the case.
