That is a nice looking 4 door, I think they are starting to grow on me.

Yup me too!

That truck was used on an orchard or something he said. One in that condition in New Hampshire is unheard of. Actually I never heard of a trailering special. He is pretty stoked to own it now. Plastic on the carpet and covers on the seats. I was drooling...it was like a time capsule.

You know, just to have a 4wd crew cab non dually would be cool, I would have to lift it just to say I have one.

That truck is really nice, I think I would want to swap a Duramax into one of them.  Personally I prefer the 73-80 crew Cabs myself, I don't know why but I think they are just better looking.

Your right fitz! It was right in blazin's area too. He probably has seen it before.

I've been working on my buddy to join this forum so he can share more details and his plans for it.

Ditto.  The only thing I'd do different is to add an Allison transmisson in place of the TH 400.  My $.02.

Very Nice!

Have seen a few 4dr single wheel trucks here in Texas. Being a 4X4 is cool!  8)

I have seen the trailering & camper specials down here before.

Since he has not joined yet I'll share that on the same day he left some money with me to purchase a lift for it that he found local to me on craigslist. That has been purchased already and is at my garage. Hopefully I can get it to him within a week or two. He has already installed a part time kit in the transfer case and put hubs on it. He told me that when he had it on the lift it was even better than he expected it to be underneath.
