I'm on the stock wheels on my 1980 C10. It's a bad picture but it's these wheels if this helps...

The tires in the picture are 30x9.5. Definately too big for me. I'm wanting to drop it down to something more like this...

Any suggestions on a tire size to do this with?

just measure where you want it. Tire sizes are easy to read...
example: a 275/60R15 =
275mm wide (tread area)
60% of 275mm is the profile/series (height of the sidewall)
275x60 = 165mm
R = Radial LT= Light Truck etc
15 inch wheel
So just measure up how wide and tall you want the tire with whatever offset you have and you'll have the perfect tire fit

Ditto on above.
BTW, it "Looks" like the bottom truck has 255/60/15's, but.... Chris Lucas

I tipicly run the 255/60/15 because there wider then the 225 70 15 that could have come on a 70s truck and fit well on lowered trucks
