Post by: Senck243 on December 12, 2011, 04:28:58 pm
Getting rough country's add a leaf front and rear for christmas. Was wondering if any one has these and I'd they are able to use stock shocks or if they have to use 0-2 inch lift shocks. Thanks

I have used stock shocks with2in lift and the only real downside is your shocks limit the down travel, so anytime I went over railroad tracks and got airbourne (I don't slow down any)  the springs would spring out until the shocks stopped them, making an awful clunk sound, can't be good for the shocks.  For temporary it will work, but I would def get a set of shocks to utilize the extra travel.
