would it be crazy to lift a 2wd? i like the look and i also do some mudding, and i was thinkin a 2in lift with some 16in rims and some 31in mud tires. input? maybe some pics of what this setup will look like. show me what ya got.

There are gobs of 2WD "prerunner" builds out there. Really popular out west in the desert where mud is not an issue.
Seen many 2WD trucks with 35"s, and the bulging fenders. Look cool, but I need 4x4 in all my trucks, so I wouldn't consider building one myself.
Try this on for sexy:

This is defiantly a cool thing I have some buddy's that race a square body blazer at the Baja 1000 I'll see if I can't get some pictures when I get back to a computer. I have a truck that may one day be a pre-runner and take it to Baja. But I love four wheeling but going fast jumping stuff in a 4x4 isn't the way to a long life in it lol

There is a member on here ( I can not remember his name ) that within the last year has lifted a 2wd and posted a thread on it, his truck looks really good. I wish I could find it.

and i like the pickup in the link goatman. wonder how he is using 6 lugs off a new pickup. hmm
-
He put in the captions he is using 4 wheel drive rear axles, and 88-98 front rotors. That's how he uses 6 lug wheels.
-
how hard would it be to change the front rotors?
