I had 8" suspension 3" body when I ran 44" mudders on 16.5x14" wheels.

I had to do quite a bit of front fender trimming to clear.

Your 12" will clear the hawgs, but not for any serious off roading.

Also do yourself a favor and swap in a Dana60, and put crossover steering on it. It will be a better truck in the long run by doing this.

If you never plan to take it off road except maybe a dirt road once in awhile, the 12" will be enough.  I would check the front turning radius though, for like when you go into a parking lot with a dip at an off angle and the truck wants to lean to one side as you turn into the parking lot.
Here is the link Irish was going to post, it has pics of his truck with 12" and 44 tires.

I ran 38.5 gumbos with a 6 and they didnt rub so I know they generally run smaller and thats the's tance I want like that blue truck not the goofy 30 in lift and 35s that people do for some reason. I mite bolt the twelve and see how it does and maybe add more if needed

Just as long as you realize that it will ride rough, 12" lift with 44" tires looks cool, but it is rough and bouncy.

Thanks Irish&Bake
The 44"s cleared the fenders fine with the 12" superlift.
Never had it off road though.
I hated the ride but it did look cool.
