Title: April Nominations for Truck of the month - Suburban 4x4
Post by: Captkaos on January 18, 2012, 02:12:31 pm
For April we are selecting Suburban 4x4 Trucks. (truck in the previous calendar are not eligible)
If anyone would like to be in the running email me an image no smaller than 3000x2800 pixels.  Images not meeting this criteria will not be considered.  Pictures re-sized to this will not be considered as they will be too grainy.  Ideally you need to take this with a camera with the resolution set at the highest level as phone pictures generally don't cut it.

Keep in mind your surroundings, pictures with people, houses etc generally detract from the photo.  Trucks Centered in the photo with some border to play with is preferred.

Nominations Close on May 1st and voting will be the first week of May

Hey Capt... I have a 4x4 suburban but I won't have a chance to get you a higher quality picture for a couple of days.  At this time this is the best picture I have in terms of quality.  If you'd like to use my truck let me know and I will name better pictures for you.  About the best I could do in terms of date would be around the 25th or 26th.

Send it!, I am still waiting for other slots, if the post still says nomination it is still open..  I have to have the higher resolution or the pictures get too grainy.

I'm not sure the best way to get you the full size images.  I will try to attach them here but it that doesn't work or if its not the best method please let me know.  I have 11 pictures that I think would work.  I will send them all to you and let you pick the ones you like the most....

Hmm... just read the limitations around image attachments. This isn't going to work too good.

I uploaded the pictures to photobucket and I think they are full size but I'm not sure.  Take a look and if these to not meet your needs just tell me which pictures you want to use and I will email it to you directly or however you think is best.

I don't know if the photobucket pictures are full size or not so I opened a picasa account and uploaded the pictures there also.

Phil,
I might can use the ones you uploaded but if you can get this one in a higher resolution (currently 3000 x 2000) it may show up better.  Either way you have the slot.
