Look interesting but reputation unknown ---to me; Customer feedback or personal experience is gold.
Also, what do they have against import carbs----for example webers?

By the time you pay them to rebuild your carb and pay to ship it 2 times your close $$ wise to buying a new carb.

Just an observation on my part, and only my observation. The gentleman in the picture who is talking has probably served our country (with which I am grateful), but someone there has something against foreign countries and their products to want to only work on "American made" carb's.
Now that is his/her God giving right here in the country, but it also limits their business opportunities. Now they might be happy and content on the amount of business they are doing. But I find it odd the disdaine he has in his voice when he says that they only rebuild "domestic carb's", and they are the best. That is a bold statement, lots of experience yes, best, I don't know.

a lot of holleys are cast in japan.

I would guess he had a bad experience rebuilding one of those ungodly Japanese carbs. I know I did. "Keihin" is a four-letter word in my vocabulary.

Why is made in the USA a sin.

So you can buy a rebuilt backyard edelbrock or a nice shiney one for $5 more. http://www.jegs.com/i/Edelbrock/350/9906/10002/-1?CT=999 Anyone who can't rebuild a japanese carburetor shouldn't be in the carburetor rebuilding business. Looks pretty sketchy to me.
