Whilst hanging upside down off the front seat looking for the wire to the dizzy, I noticed wires plug into the throttle. Would this be for cruise control? Can't think of another reason they're there.

Didn't find dizzy wire either!

I must just be a redneck, I have to ask, what is a "dizzy" ?

I'm sure I poked the wire through the firewall when I unplugged it all but I can't find it!

Thats unless it doesn't go through there to start with and the power is picked up from the loom in the engine bay!!!

Post by: DnStClr on January 27, 2012, 05:09:18 pm: The kickdown switch at the accelerator pedal should have 2 wires- one to supply b+ voltage and one goes to the drivers side of the trans to the kickdown solenoid in the trans.
