I Like It. At least they made sure to include a truck that has actually lasted through the years not just the new plastic crap.
-
Nice ad! But that 2012 truck would have melted :P
-
i like the ad but ummm how would the newer trucks survive they are plastic like da67goatman said wouldnt they melt but good thing i got my square for in case the world ends
-

Funny commercial. :)
Poor Dave........

You'd have to find something early enough it had the old points type ignition to find a vehicle that would survive the EMP blast. HEI would be destroyed.
My 78 wouldn't run unless I had access to a had-been-shielded-during-the-blast-HEI-module.
-
Poor Dave Indeed. ;D
-
I just watched it again and paused on the part with the step side, it is a 73 - 80, you can see part of the vertical marker behind the guys head.

I know one thing, after the Apocalypse, this website better stay up!!!

LOL, I just "Liked" that one!

I think that commercial was very tasteful in fact. Ford is just upset they didn't come up with the idea first so they could spend 7 million on a 1 minute commercial. ;D

Duuuh, you just wrap your distributer in tin foil after you make your tinfoil hat, and dont forget the battery.. Hahaha Love the commercial. Only thing I have with points are my 51 3100 Pickup and my 50 Dodge Wayfarer.

The one with Clint Eastwood almost made me want to go and buy a Dodge. I really liked that message behind that one. To me it was more about its time to wake up and do what we have to, to get our country back on its feet then it was about buying a Dodge.
