Lame guess I'm stuck with the 1 tire fire. So if I wanted to could I change it to limited slip or put an eaton unit in there?

I went with an Eaton limited slip in my '74 K10 and really like it.  The Eaton replaced a factory Gov-Lock that had completely locked up.
