Title: 1/2 or 3/4 ton springs????

got a? can any one tell me by looking at these springs if there 1/2 or 3/4 ton springs because if I give my truck some gas the yoke moves about 3 " up or down in reverse and I'm not sure if it is just weak springs or what but I see were the guy before me has been in to the spring pack and cut some springs down so I don't know if he put them together right or what any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys.

this one right at the hanger seams to be flexing real bad.

     That spring at the hanger is bent, it is going to have to be replaced.  There is no way to fix it.
      Why would some one cut the springs that way, there are no advantages and only disadvantages.   I am sorry to say that if was me I would replace those spring packs, does not have to be brand new ones, but I would replace them for safety issues.  The wrap and hop you are experiencing is from the bent spring at the hanger.  I have ran across that several times in off road vehicles with spring packs.

also the contact area of the springs looks not to be flush due to all the rust. this will cause it to roll more
