Title: roof support windshield frame dents
Post by: seventyx3 on April 30, 2012, 12:04:25 am
I have uniform "dents" on the right and left side interior front roof supports on my 78.  Are these from the factory?  My 75 doesn't have them.

Spotwelds?

Not spot welds. They are a couple inches above the dash on both sides just below where you might locate a gauge pod on the pillar.

Judging by your last discription I am going to assume your talking about the A pillars.
They are indents for screws to go into for the interior trim.
