Cheapest answer to your question is you...if you have the welding ability and welder. I know of a few but the biggest question I have is what engine are you placing them on and how are you using the truck. If you are just wanting then for everyday use on a mild build you will be better off using smaller primaries like say 1 5/8".Thiswill drastically improve your low to mid-range torque which is what you need to get that full frame moving. However if you are looking for more performance on a higher performance build give more info on your application and we will be glad to help. Truck year and body style,engine,hp/tq range.

After loking at the rest of your profile I got the engine stuffand it looks like you may hit the drag strip at least once or twice so 2" primaries may be in your future. just so I'm reading right you got a 400 block?

The biggest issue you are goingto have when trying to find these specific headers is looking for them for your specific body style. The good thing is that you are putting the in a truck which means you have more room so a lot of other headers that are made for cars will fit. However this may mean trial fitting a few before you find the right one or a set that you can make work with little work modifying them.
here's a set that are made for 67-69 camaros. but they are pricy.I'd look at headers for vehicles that may see a little less lime light and you may come off cheaper.

You may be out of luck on a pre-fabed set. I'm sure that you can call most any major header manufacturer and tell them what you are doing so that if they have an off the shelf part to help you u can order it there but it sounds to me like you will be better off especially money wise.

These are the only ones I know of. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HOK-2841-1HKR/
They fit the chassis/suspension well. Not sure if you have raised exhaust ports or not...may be a problem? Lorne
