basically you just make a account and after you get so many views they send a message to your account about becoming a partner

sounds like a scam lol. i dont see youtube coming off any money especially since millions of people post vids for free and they only money they make is from those annoying advertisements not saying ita not true just be careful sounds too good

     I agree, I would make sure you never give them any money for anything.

You make money from the ads. Google wants to keep traffic, for theal ads, so they motivate you

my youtube channel is the same as here bigchevyc30 and now that i got this it will definitly motivate me more to record what ever i do for work on my dually

I had the same offer from Youtube.  Most of my hits are amazingly from a short video of a 1984 Toyota Diesel pickup.... :-\

There seemed to be lots of rules about it so I just left it alone.  I'll keep posting videos if I want, but I was a little shocked when I got the email for the offer to get paid for advertising on my videos.

so yeah i know there are rules but they arnt really that much just dont post copied videos or put music that copy righted on it and other than that if you record it your able to put it up so i would just do what im doing now heres a link to my youtube channel and ill use a quarter of what i make to donate to the forums http://www.youtube.com/user/bigchevyc30 plus im going to be making alot more vids of me doing things with my truck like hauling scrap metal and doing little repairs on it when i have to
