Though I think my stock 82' K10 Silverado 4x4 looks fine the way she sits, what are my options for tires on the stock 6 lug 15x8 rims? This is my first truck so I am lost when it comes to tire sizes.
My plan is to have dedicated summer tires which perform best on the street. I then want dedicated snow tires for the winter. I have two sets of rims, and they are both 15x8's
Also, should I consider a mild lift for my truck? It would be for appearance sake, I have no desire to go offroad. Just want to get through deep ass snow in the mountains.
Thanks

Many options but here are the most popular from smaller to larger.
P235/75/15
235/75/15 LT
30x9.50
31x10.50
You'll get the best fuel economy with P235/75/15 but they're kind of light duty. 31x10.50 was the stock size on many 4x4's.
