Title: Door lock mechanism stuck closed

So I was fooling around with my 1978 Chevy C10 Custom Deluxe, and messed with the door lock mechanism.  I accidentally flipped the lock up and now the door won't close, it just slams into the mechanism.  Is there an easy fix? All I did was move the mechanism with my hands, and now it won't go back into place.  Thanks

Hold the button and use a screwdriver to push it back into the unlatched position. ;D
