Im working on a frame off restoration on a 1976 GMC sierra,, 2 wheel drive,, 350 Engine.. Th350 trans..
Also a non A/C TRUCK.

Ok I would like to see a photo of a 76 GMC firewall.

I took photos of my truck when taking it apart, but my computer crashed
And I lost all my photos..

I do have one more question. What is coming out of the firewall above and to the left of the heater hose.

I'm welding up all the holes in the firewall that I dont need. and dont want to weld up a hole i need.
Will try to post a photo when i get a little more done. thanks for the help.

Thats the vaccum line that operates the flappers inside the hvac system. You will need these unless you have or plan to have an aftermarket heating and air system like vintage air or something similar. The vaccum lines open the diffrent vents like for defrost, feet and dash.
